Returns and Refunds

        Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel an order before 24 hrs of order made. We will refund the full amount back to you. However, we also accept returns post delivery within 7 hours of delivery for the following reasons: Damage/Dead on Arrival, Manufacturing defect/Expired Product and In-correct product subject to final decision made by out team.

  How do I cancel my order?

  Cancellation prior to dispatch - You can cancel your order for any product (except custom made product ) at any time prior to its dispatch by logging in to your account and selecting the 'Request cancellation' option. For cancellations made under 24 hours of order made, any payment paid will be refunded as per our refunds policy. A dispatch is defined as completing the packaging of your order and ready to handover to logistics partner delivery purposes. 

Cancellation after dispatch or at the time of delivery - In case you’re unhappy with a product or changes your mind, you can return the same while in transit  or at the time of delivery just paying all the logistics expenses incurred or to be incurred while product reaches back to our warehouses.

 Cancellation after delivery - Products once delivered can be returned within 72 hours of delivery only, if you have received a Damage/Dead on Arrival, Manufacturing defect/Expired Product and In-correct product. This decision lies with the team although we still care for our valuable customer and have really easy/feasible warranty policy subject to our warranty serviceable areas in cities i.e.jaipur,jodhpur,alwar,ajmer.

 When will I get the refund?

If you are eligible for a refund, the same shall be given to you as per the following guidelines -:

  1. The refund amount for the orders paid online or paid via credit/debit card at the time of delivery will be refunded within 7-10 working days from the date of initiating the refund through the online account, or will be refunded to the same card, depending on the most suitable circumstances as determined by
  2. The refund amount for the order paid vide cash/card on delivery option, will be initiated within 4-6 working days, and the order amount will be credited to your bank account via NEFT or other suitable mode of transaction.
  1. A promo code once used shall not be re-activated in case of cancellation of order, either by customer or Destine furniture.
  2. If the received product is having any defect and informed us within 72 hours we may arrange for a repair at your location if it is in our service area or we will initiate return and arrange for a replacement with same product and if it cannot be repaired nor replaced we will initiate the refund. Subject to our discretion.
  3. Once your refund claim is Accepted, Refunds will be processed within 72 Hours. Depending on the mode of payment you used, Banks and Payment Gateways usually take between 7-10 working days to credit the amount to your account.
  4. Processing of return requests, refund requests or any others mentioned here will be processed under the time limits as mentioned however the same depends upon other factors such as act of god, public holidays, political disruptions etc. 

User expected to take care of the following things to process returns & refunds: 

  1. For any external damages to the packed product, please document the same on the delivery acknowledgment at the time of delivery.
  2. For upholstery / fragile items (Sofa, Glass, and Mirrors etc.) please take Open Delivery and verify the same is damage free before accepting the delivery and return immediately if found damaged.
  3. For other furniture where our installation applicable, the packing must be opened only by authorized service personal at the time of installation. If any damage / defect found either it will be repaired on the spot or to be documented on the Installation Job Card for processing return.
  4. Custom made orders are non-refundable. If in case any damages occur while shipment of the product, we will get it repaired.
  5. Monogrammed/ Personalized items are considered custom order items and are not cancelable, non-returnable and non-refundable.
  6. The time frame starts from date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our logistics partners.
  7. Once return request accepted it will take 7 to 10  days to process.
  8. Destine Furniture will pick up product that you wish to return from your doorstep if applicable. Order will be picked up only from the location it is delivered. However locations where we do not have reverse pick up facility, we may request you to self-ship the product.
