What is the estimated delivery time?

Products are typically dispatched within a day of order confirmation.

While we try to ensure that the product reaches you within the delivery time communicated i.e. within 3-4 weeks for furniture items and 2 weeks for home décor items although exigencies may delay the delivery. In such cases, please do not worry. Get in touch with us for the latest update on your shipment if we have already not gotten in touch with you.

For customized orders, the estimated delivery time is increased by 12 - 15 days over the usual delivery time. The day of shipping is indicated on your product page at the time of order.

Are there any shipping charges or any additional hidden charges?

No, almost all the shipments are free of charge. Some shipments which are already under our best price policy may charge nominal delivery cost in that case the delivery cost will be mentioned in product/payment page. When you enter a pin-code in the address field while ordering a product, the system will indicate whether we ship to your pin-code or not or will confirm you by email/phone In case of any issues.

      How do I track my Order?

You can now track your order in real time by logging into your Destine Furniture Account.

Under ‘My Account’ you can go to my orders and note down the awb number with the details of our logistics partner,that will also be mailed to your registered e-mail id and then you can track the shipment.

What should I check when the product is delivered to me?

Please check for all the following items when the product is delivered to you:

°         Please check on all external surfaces across the product for any breakages, cracks, chip-offs, unfinished patches, or borer / insect infestations

°         For all products that involve assembly, please ensure that the order has each accessories and nuts and bolts present.

°         For all seating products, kindly sit on the item to ensure that the structure is stable with your weight on it

°         Customers our advised to check order received as soon as possible and ensure right product delivered with all the accessories if needed  and check product specially home décor items before the delivery team leaves  this step is advised as to improve services to our customers.

What if I receive a damaged product?

We highly takes care of quality control measures that ensure the product is up to our standards when you receive the product. In case you receive a damaged product (damage as defined in terms), please report it to us immediately or return it to delivery person if damaged. We will analyze and if found to be damaged will refund all your money subject to terms.

In case you notice a damage later, please write to us at team will assess the damage and get back to you within 2 business days. Depending on the degree of damage, we will either repair the product, or offer you a replacement.

Can I cancel the order?

We take great pride in all the designs we create and curate. In the rare case that you do not like the product, or are unable to make space for it, you may cancel the order under 24 hours of order made by you or even after dispatch by paying all the expenses incurred including the logistics of both the sides.

Is there a cancellation fee applicable?

Since we are committed to provide better services to our customers we put a lot of efforts and money since the moment we receive your order until it reaches you. Still we gives our customer the option to cancel the order without paying any charges only under 24 hours of order made by you. However to maintain our vision to provide quality service always we would be charging for total expenses incurred on logistics for cancellations after 24 hours.

What if I do not like the product or cannot take delivery of my order?

We, at destine furniture, work to ensure that you get what you see on our website. We do not offer returns after the delivery made unless you received a damaged product or wrong product or other manufacturing defect. We advise our customers to completely check the measurements and look and other details of the furniture’s as to ensure the better utilization of your valuable time and the efforts we put at your service. If you cannot take the delivery even after successive attempts from our logistics company contacting you or because you ave not liked the product at the time of delivery we may cancel the order and return the money only after charging the expenses incurred on logistics of both the sides.


What happens if I miss my delivery?

We ensure that our technician will call you to fix your appointment. Due to unforeseen circumstances, you happen to miss your delivery our technicians will leave you a message and reschedule a delivery for the same. Does Destine Furniture deliver product to a customer's doorstep?

we shall deliver the product to the ground floor only our logistics partner may contact you before delivery and schedule the delivery accordingly.We advice you to arrange the personnel’s accordingly to lift the product if needed.

What if my product doesn't arrive on time?


With the efforts of our very dedicated team it’s really unfavorable that your order may get late at delivery. Can I shop at destine furniture using an international credit card?

No,at present to buy anything at international credit cards are not accepted.

Do you offer Payment on Delivery options (Cash / Card)?

We offer Cash on Delivery only for some products under home décor category. We have additional verification / pre-payment requirements based on the order size / delivery location which will be communicated to the customer over phone on a per-customer basis. We would never ask customers bank details on phone.

What should I keep handy for my online transaction?

For Credit Cards keep your card which has the details of card holder name, number, CVV and expiry date. Apart from this you also need to have your 3D secure password / OAC.

For Debit Cards keep your card which has the details of card holder name, number, CVV and expiry date. You will be redirected to the bank site for 3D secure authorization. So keep your OAC or IPIN handy as well.

For Net Banking you need to keep your account number as well as your IPIN handy.

Does destine furniture store my card or account information?

We do not collect or store your account information at all. Your transaction is authorized at multiple points, first by PayU and subsequently by Visa/MasterCard/American Express/Banks directly without any information passing through us. However we monitor and review transactions on an on-going basis, to identify potentially fraudulent situations and take immediate corrective steps to mitigate/limit any damage caused/likely to be caused from the same.

Will I be asked to share card information, account information or passwords over phone or email?

The destine furniture team will never request you to share any of your payment details over email or over phone. The only time when you may be asked for your 16 digit card number is if you apply for a loan with Bajaj Finance Limited.

What other things should I keep in mind during an online transaction?

During the payment process using net banking you may be redirected to your bank website. Once your transaction is completed you will be brought back to the destine furniture website with your order details which you can keep a copy of.
